Message of March 11 was read, stating in accordance with Uniform               
Rule 49(b), the following resolution adopted by the Nineteenth                 
Alaska State Legislature was provided as a matter of information.              
The Governor has noted the adoption of the following resolution and            
transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant
